Salto desktop key encoder timing out

If you receive an error message when attempting to use your Salto key encoder and are sure it is still connected to the computer properly, try the following:

  1. Do a search on your computer for “services” and open that up.
  2. Look for the “Salto Local IO Bridge” service and restart it.
  3. Try to use the encoder again and see if this resolves the issue.
